Luke Altshwager is the founder and visionary behind Palm Valley Gold Coast, a master-planned lifestyle precinct integrating golf, surf, sports medicine, retirement living, hospitality, retail and accommodation. A PGA Golf Professional with more than 30 years’ experience in the industry, Luke has built a career spanning professional competition, golf operations and business development, bringing a unique perspective to the creation of destination-led communities and experiences.

Bianca Durack is chief finance officer of Durack Civil and co-owner of Boldstone and Lobster, bringing more than 15 years of experience across civil engineering, infrastructure delivery and property development. Having delivered major infrastructure projects throughout Queensland before moving into development, Bianca is focused on creating place-led communities designed for long-term growth, with a unique perspective spanning both construction and development.

Jonathan Drew is managing director of Drew Group, a third-generation family property developer delivering residential communities across Queensland. With more than a decade shaping the Gold Coast skyline, he is focused on design-led outcomes, sustainability and long-term buyer value, with a strong emphasis on the communities each project creates.

Michael Long is head of development at Lewis Land, with more than 30 years’ experience delivering major residential, hotel and mixed-use projects internationally. Currently leading the Harbour Shores community on the Gold Coast, he brings deep expertise in large-scale waterfront and lifestyle development, with a focus on design-led communities shaping the city’s future.
